Lynch Heights is a 4 star Irish Tourist Board approved and luxurious 3 bedroomed detached elevated bungalow situated in a quiet scenic location on the outskirts of Killorglin with panoramic views of McGillycuddy Reeks, and Farrantoreen Lake. The house is within walking distance of the town centre, which has lively bars and award winning restaurants. It has landscaped walled-in gardens with barbecue, and private parking area. Facilities: One double room with en-suite facilities. One double bedroom. One twin bedded room. Bathroom with separate electric shower. Bed linen provided, towels not supplied. Sitting room with open fire - with free fuel supplied and colour TV, radio, and reading materials. Kitchen cum dining room with electric cooker, microwave over, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, sandwich maker, and toaster. And all cooking utensils. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, electric slot meter, oil fired central heating. Damage deposit £50 refundable. Children welcome. Baby sitting service can be arranged on request. The region is splendid for cycling, walking, mountain climbing, hill walking, lake and wild salmon / trout fishing on River Laune, sailing, swimming on local beaches, golfing - a choice of 6 courses, and horse riding, and the bungalow makes an ideal base for touring the Ring of Kerry, Iveragh Peninsula and Ring of Beara. Visitors are welcome to visit the owners Dairy/Beef enterprise which is located within a short driving distance of the house. |
